The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. 2004-05-11 Senate Journal Page 3662 The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 452(RES) "An Act relating to licensing and regulation of sport fishing operators and sport fishing guides; relating to licensing and registration of sport fishing vessels; authorizing the Department of Fish and Game and the Alaska Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission to release records and reports to the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Public Safety; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
